Exports and Economic Growth Evidence from Iran

The present study aims to investigate the relationship of exports and economic growth during 1976-2010 in Iran. The paper employs the ordinary least square (OLS), unit root tests and co-integration technique of Johansen as analytical tools. In this research independent variables include exports, inflation and real exchange rate. Results show that there is positive and significant relationship between exports, inflation, real exchange rate and economic growth.
