Abstract :
Transport properties of chemical equilibrium mixtures F2, CF2, CF4 are investigated numerically. Influence of dissociation and ionization processes on viscosity and thermal conductivity is demonstrated. Free fluorine atom fraction in mixtures causes increase in values with a factor of 2–3.
