Abstract
Information of Decision Making Units (DMUs) performance under managers supervision is the main task of managers about appropriate decisions for their guidance. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one of the most useful models for evaluating the DMUs that divided them in two categories: efficient and inefficient. But in most cases because of the lack of complete information, managers and researchers cannot have correct evaluation and measuring from units. Gray Systems Theory is one of the tools that used to deal with incomplete information. Therefore in this research, a model of evaluation of DMUs is presented using Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) and DEA Cross-Efficiency. Finally, a numerical example is provided to explain the model.
