Abstract
نانوساختارهاي TiO2 به دليل ويژگي هاي منحصر بفرد الكتروني و نوري مورد توجه بسياري از پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. در اين مقاله روش هاي مختلف تهيه نانوساختارهاي TiO2 و انواع مورفولوژي هاي ايجاد شده مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است و همچنين ساختارهاي بلوري مختلف نانوذرات TiO2 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.
Abstract
Titanium dioxide is one kind of important materials, which
has been extensively investigated because of its unique
electronic and optical properties. A large number of efforts
have been made to synthesize TiO2 materials with different
methods. In this review paper, we summarize the synthesis
pathways, morphology, as well as crystallization of the
nanostructured TiO2. In addition, we also mention several
nanostructured TiO2 materials.
