Synthesis of N-((cyclohexylcarbamoyl)(aryl)methyl)-N-(4-(4-aminophenylphenyl)-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carboxamide derivatives via Ugi-four

A series of novel sulfonated-midated coumarins were synthesized by the Ugi-4CR of benzaldehyde derivatives, 4-(4- aminophenylsulfonyl)benzenamine as diamine, coumarin-3-carboxylic acid and cyclohexyl isocyanide with high yields and high bond-forming efficiency.
