Limit state design of reinforced concrete rectangular section under biaxial bending and axial load

The paper describes the movements due to diurnal temperature changes on the rolled steel sections of the indraparastha stadium, Delhi built for the Asiad ʹ82 games. The instruments used, the measurement of the movements, the collection of data and the discussion of the results are presented below.
