Abstract :
In recent years organizations is trying to adapt with rapid scientific and technological changes. The best way is attention to employees motivated and satisfied. Therefore this study is to explore the mediation role of quality of work life in the impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior of administrative units in 2013.Study population was 1177 Employees of Mashhad branch of Azad University. Through Stratified sampling and Cochran formula, 290 employees have been chosen. In this study, Methodology is descriptive and correlations, three questionnaires for data collection have been used. Data and hypotheses’s study has been analyzed by Descriptive Statistics and Structural equation modeling, ANOVA and Duncan tests in Lisrel and SPSS softwares. The path coefficient confirms the overall model. Result showedOJ is correlated with organizational citizenship behavior, quality of work life. Also OCB shown to be affected by OJ. In addition, the indirect impact of OJ on organizational citizenship behavior was not significant. That is mean is, to increase or decrease quality of work life, to increase OJ lead to increase OCB in Azad university. The other result showed there is difference in quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior of administrative units as ANOVA and Duncan tests.The difference in employee’s perception of units indicates that the different strategies should use for improving them.
