Abstract :
The aim of this study was to evaluate the current status of job stress, desired status of job stress and also is the gap between existing and desired employment job stress. The research method is descriptive - survey. The Likert type questionnaire was used to collect data. Statistical population consisted of all employees and managers of Sarmayeh bank in Tehran city and Stratified sampling was done in the five area of Tehran city that covered by bank. Statistical methods used in this study is the paired mean difference test, independent two sample (t test), one-factor ANOVA. Results indicate that respondents in general, to considered dimensions of job stresses have given Approximately 50 score and accordingly, in general, they have considered job stress on the very little weakness state. They expect in the desired status achieve very low strength state. At reviews gaps (expected improvement) Experts have been requested greatest improvement in the environmental factors affecting job stress and the least improvement in the job stress dimension and individual performance.
