ISOTROPY CONDITIONS AND RELATIONS OF THE GENERALIZED ASSOCIATED YIELD LAW

The conditions of isotropy for a continuous medium are considered. It is assumed that the stress tensor (zigma ij) and strain rate tensor (epsilon ij) are defined for this medium. In the equations of the three-dimensional problem of ideal plasticity, which were suggested by A. Yu. Ishlinskii [1], the general conditions of isotropy can be interpreted as the generalized associated yield law.
