Segmentation of Devnagari Characters from Noisy Images for creation of Dataset

In this paper we propose segmentation method for noisy document. The segmentation method is proposed for Devnagari document by considering the structure of Devnagari script .We have also consider the irregularities of Devnagari writing style, Yuktaksha and numbers. We are not removing shirorekha. It separates the image text documents into lines, words and characters. We are getting 100% accuracy at line and word level but at character level it depend on the type of character, whether it is single, Yuktakshar or triakshar.
