Study of short-range order structure in amorphized boron, iron and iron-nickel alloys

Non-traditional information on the average order (further the first two coordination spheres) in am-B, amorphous FeB and FeNiBP alloys has been obtained by means of diffraction of high-intensity synchrotron radiation. The energetic stability of the short-range order model for am-Fe has been shown. The relaxation of the short-range order structure in am-FeNiBP was revealed.
