Simulation of cross-luminescence excitation spectra of BaF2 and CsBr crystals

For CsBr and BaF2 crystals model calculations of cross-luminescence excitation spectra have been performed in the energy range up to 30 eV for temperatures of 90 and 300 K for BaF2 and of 90 K for CsBr. A satisfactory correlation between calculated and experimental spectra has been achieved when taking into account the radiationless surface losses of the core holes.
