Abstract :
This study with its quantitative approach is going to assessing and studying the effect of employee’s attitudes on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In determining the relationship which has been existed among these variables, three hypotheses have role of determining. To analyze data Spss19 and SmartPLS2 was used. The Studied population is the employees of the organizations that have somehow attempted to downsize and a sample includes 300 persons has been selected randomly. Likert quintuple spectrum questionnaire which is taken from authentic sources and has good validity was distributed in these institutions and was completed by self–reporting method. Through using Cronbachʹs alpha the Reliability of the used instruments was gained for the Sector of attitudes about downsizing, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment that indicate advisability of useful tools. Here to assess the model, the structural equation method is applying.
In addition to model’s good fitness, results showed that the attitude toward downsizing with path coefficient of (4.346) 0.268 has an effect on organizational commitment with path coefficient of (8.478) 0.542 and job satisfaction and job satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.688 will lead to an improvement of organizational commitment.
