ISIOS: a program to calculate imperfect static charged particle optical systems

Recent achievements in analytical methods for the calculations of parasitic aberrations in particle optical systems lead to the development of the computer program ISIOS in which these methods are implemented in a general transfer matrix algorithm. The main features and capabilities of this program are described in this paper and examples of practical results concerning the estimation of tolerances for specific systems are given.
