Abstract
Experimental data on the tests of CAMEX chips operating with an MSGC within VEPP-4M cycles is presented. Modes of operation as fast as 600 ns are possible. A noise of 2500 electrons for a 50 pF detector capacitance and 1 μA leakage current has been measured in a 1 μs cycle with 4 double samples.
