Data acquisition system for Belle

In this paper, we present the current status of the data acquisition system for the Belle experiment at the KEKB B-factory. The unified readout scheme of Q-to-T with TDC provides robustness to handle a 500 Hz rate and 15 MB/s data throughput. Most of the components are designed and being produced or prototyped, aiming at the beginning of the experiment by the end of 1998.
