Abstract :
The electrical characteristics of detectors manufactured by SINTEF/SI with a variety of geometrical and processing options have been investigated. The detectorsʹ leakage current, depletion voltage, bias resistance, interstrip, coupling capacitance, and coupling capacitor breakdown voltage were studied.
