Abstract :
We have studied CCD detector for use as micro vertex tracker in future linear collider experiment. The properties of a CCD chip manufactured by Hamamatsu Photonics are examined in terms of the dependence of the dark current on temperature and clock rate to obtain the requirements for possible operation at room temperature.
