Zero degree detector for conversion-electrons from a heavy-ion-induced reaction

Internal conversion-electrons from 155Ho were measured in-beam via the reaction 124Sn(su35)Cl, 4n) at a beam energy of 145 MeV with a mini-orange spectrometer situated at 0° with respect to the beam direction. This is the first time that internal conversion coefficients have been reported from a zero-degree measurement with a heavy-ion-induced reaction. Internal conversion coefficients were determined for three transitions connecting two well-known ΔJ = 2 rotational sequences in 155Ho.
