  • Abstract
    Electron beam cooling is an effective method for reducing the emittance of a charge particle beam. For this purpose electron beams with energies up to tens of MeV and currents up to a few A are necessary. The possibility of designing an installation for the generation and recuperation of electron beams with an energy in the tens of MeV region is discussed.
