EFFECT OF TAKING INTO ACCOUNT WEAK COMPRESSIBILITY OF A MATERIAL IN THE PROBLEMS OF ELASTICITY WITH FINITE STRAINS

The constitutive equation for a weakly compressible isotropic elastic material in the case of finite strains is presented. This equation takes into account the change in the "bulk modulus" and "shear modulus" as the volume changes. To identify the parameters of the model by using the experimental data, we analyze some simple problems. To demonstrate the effect of taking into account weak compressibility, we construct the analytic solution to the problem of shear with tension-compression for a real weakly compressible material.
