Assessment of the Effects of implementation of the Integrated Management System IMS ports (Case Study: Ports office Port Amir Abad of Mazandaran province)

A large increase in standards management system provides a concept of integrated management systems means integrating several systems into a unique system called IMS concept lies in the idea through which it is possible for an organization to manage the operations and activities conducted within an integrated system. IMS not only depends on the situation, but according to studies, there are also different definitions. Integration is the process by which specific tasks to different systems together into an integrated management system that provides a unified and more effective. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Department of Ports and Maritime province spend money and time to deploy IMS Administration has brought positive results or just to get a license to use IMS and its content is advertising. After the test was concluded that the research questions implementation of Integrated management system ports in the province before running towards increasing profits, reducing costs, increasing customer satisfaction, improving safety and enhancing environmental indicators has been developed.
