Abstract :
Todayʹs world is the world of change and evolution. Therefore in the basis of steady training philosophy, the knowledge and information of human should be always developing and in any stage of his life should be faced to the newest findings of his life and career. In this situation many of the organizations are finding a solution for the adaptation with these conditions, a solution that in the viewpoint of many specialists is training and optimization of human resources.
The aim of this research is the evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs in the viewpoints of employees and managers in two sections of supplies of production and indexes of human resources. This research is a kind of descriptive-measuring research. The statistical society includes of "west oil and gas company" employees and the number of statistic sample has been 140n that 99 questionnaires have been returned. The method of collecting theoretical discussions is based on library researches and questionnaires for obtaining the data been made by the researcher. In this research SPSS software for data analysis and theories test has been used.
Results of this research indicate that training program of “west Oil and Gas Exploitation Company " has been effective in improvement of production of oil supplies and indexes of human resources.
