Abstract
The deformation field in a crystal of silicium under glued piezoelectric transducer was investigated. It is shown that the ultrasonic wave field is non-uniform, but the “anomalous” on the curve of the integral intensity of diffraction on the voltage supplied on the transducer provides calibration of the ultrasonic amplitude.
