Abstract :
The developed theory predicts a complex angular dependence of the photoelectron yield under X-ray dynamical diffraction in ideal crystal disturbed by high frequency longitudinal ultrasonic vibrations. The calculations are based upon the presentation of vibrating crystal as a set of crystalline slides with different interplanar distances. Each set of slides give rise to additional X-ray reflexes (usually called satellites) which can be used for the structure investigations. By varying the incident angle one can excite all the satellites each after another and detect the variation in secondary radiation yield.
