Abstract :
A stage of mechanochemical synthesis of fluorapatite, namely, the formation of apatite structure from the intermediate amorphous phase and polycrystal calcium fluoride during several seconds of roasting, has been studied by means of synchrotron radiation diffraction and EPR technique.
action with CaF2 begins after a partial crystallization of amorphous phosphate. The deformation of the reacting system causes the increase of the mobility of structural units and elevated the rate of calcium fluoride interaction with the phosphate phase.
