Abstract :
The results are described of the statistic analysis of the determinations of multi-element composition of both the filters with the known content of elements and the “pure” filters of two types. It is established that the main reason for the spread in measurement results is the change in the intensity of the excited synchronous radiation. The lower threshold at which the element composition is determined depends on the value of impurities in a filtering substance.
