  • Abstract
    In today’s global competition environment, market conditions force managers of enterprises to focus on the performance on their supply chain by improving their operational strategies. Performance of the enterprises has to be improved to gain advantage in global competitive environment. Knowledge and technology requirements increase as quickly and companies sometimes may fail to adapt to this requirements, so they should improve their operational strategies and overall performance. Knowledge and Technology Management (KTM) is one of the most significant operational strategies that affect business performance. Purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting the KTMs success in manufacturing companies. These factors have been weighted by using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method to evaluate KTMs effect on organizations performance. As a result of this study some evaluation metrics, which can be used for important strategic decisions and evaluation purposes, have been generated as a result of literature research and extensive field studies.
