Offering a Method for Identification and Control of Potential Risks in the New Product Development Process

Risk management of new product development in the new product development process seems necessary. This article tries to gain risk management with Combining traditional risk management and creation a new product development risk system. This research is in the case of a risk management fundamental form which consists of: risk recognition, risks analysis, risks control, and new product development process management which consists: Idea creation, filtration idea, context creation idea, Product Development, marketing test and product commercialization. Indeed, the aim of new product development is replying client’s needs, accordance with market terms, outside changes, interest increase and clients satisfaction.in this article they have studied potential risks of new product development in an engineering company which produces industrial and sanitary materials (case study) to know these risks and help product development risk management in this engineering company by eliminating these risks is surveyed.
