Abstract :
In the present paper, a system of nonclassical boundary integral equations of the first kind with smooth kernels is constructed. The system relates unknown and given contour values of the displacement components and stresses in the problem of steady-state vibration of a bounded simply connected domain occupied by an anisotropic medium. A scheme of analysis of this system of integral equations is suggested. This scheme is based on the combination of the classical boundary element method and the method of quasisolutions. Numerical examples illustrating the application of the suggested approach are presented.
