Abstract :
Kurchatov Synchrotron Radiation Source (KSRS), the first dedicated SR facility in Russia, is preparing to start regular experiments with hard X-rays. The facility, designed and manufactured in collaboration with Budker INP, includes 450 MeV booster storage ring SIBERIA-1 and 2.5 GeV storage ring SIBERIA-2. Booster storage ring SIBERIA-1 is also used as an independent light source with three beamlines. The paper describes the realized electron beam parameters of SIBERIA-1 and SIBERIA-2 in different modes and operational characteristics of these storage rings.
