Abstract :
The dark contents of bottom sediments samples (one of the Novosibirsk reservoir component) as a sample of its ecological state have been investigated. Microelement concentrations of these samples have been determined using X-ray fluorescence analysis with synchrotron radiation excitation (SRX-RFA). Insignificant differences between the microelement average concentrations of the samples of bottom sediments in 1997 and the dark contents of these elements has been established the (Vinogradov, Geochemistry of Rare and Dispered Chemical Elements in Soils, Academy of Sciences of USSR Press, Moscow, 1957, p. 237 (in Russian) ). On the whole the microelement contents in samples during the period 1991–1997 are close to their normal concentrations.
