Abstract
Chapter 19 on Concrete of the First (2000) Edition of the International Building Code (IBC) will be based on ACI 318-99. The author summarizes the relatively small number of amendments and additions to the ACi 318-99 provisions that are going to be included in the 2000 IBC.
