LHCb computing

The LHCb computing model is strongly influenced by the copious amount of data that will be produced by the experiment and by the time to process them. At present the experiment is in the process of migrating its software applications to Object Oriented technology. The software strategy of the experiment is to have an architecture and a framework built on independent components on which to base all experimental data processing applications.
