Abstract
A beamline covering photon energy of 10–300 eV is now under construction in National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory. The monochromator, optimized for maximum flux and medium resolution, has two working modes. One is to vary the grating including angle during wavelength scanning by rotating a plane mirror in the monochromator. At this case, the entrance and exit slit are both fixed during the wavelength scanning. The other is to translate exit slit while the grating including angle is fixed. The monochromator is provided for angle-resolved spectroscopic and angle-integrated spectroscopic experiments with medium resolving power (E/ΔE>1 0 0 0).
