Adaptation of Vegas for event generation

The parton-level event generation is a very important part of modern theoretic analysis of high-energy physics. This paper presents the event generator based on program Vegas intended for Monte Carlo (MC) integration. During long time Vegas is the best program for MC integration for High-Energy physics. There is an event generator Spring based on the modified version of Vegas. Here we present another event generator based on Vegas which uses different algorithm and allows one to check the quality of generator.
