Abstract :
Based on the microwave theory, field circuit model of cyclotron resonance cavity structure is rigorously presented. All model parameters can be determined by solving two-dimensional electromagnetic problems by transforming irregular waveguides to equivalent canonical ones. Numerical results show that good engineering accuracy has been achieved with much more improved efficiency.
