Abstract
Neutron imaging has progressed far beyond simple radiography. Several advanced techniques are applied at the ANTARES neutron imaging facility at the FRM II research reactor of Technische Universitنt München. All of these techniques can be used at a pulsed neutron source as well, some of them in integrating mode; others will work even better when the time-of-flight spectrum of the source is put to full use. This article provides a brief overview about the imaging techniques at steady-state source and their potential transfer to a spallation source.
