Abstract :
The results of investigation of particularity of radiation damage, modification of surface layers of (Li,Na)F single crystals, developing of scintillation heterostructures and scintillation screens with microns resolution on the base of (Li, Na)F single crystals are presented. The thin layered color center heterostructures and thin scintillation screens with high local resolution (35 μm) have been developed by using pulse electron and He+-ions beams.
