  • Abstract
    With increased demand on the quality of X-ray digital radiograph in industrial CT technique, X-ray automatic inspection and recognition, the traditional methods cannot satisfy the need of image preprocessing under different imaging conditions. Aiming at X-ray dispersion and beam hardening correction, and on the study of traditional methods, a new preprocessing method was brought forward. This method is independent of the imaging apparatus and is foreign to the material and structure of workpieces, and hence can be applied in all ranges of industrial X-ray energy. It was used in processing simulated and practical images under the influence of dispersion and hardening, and the results showed that it can effectively improve the image and is of universality.
