Abstract
Solubility of methane, ethane and a (methane+ethane) gas mixture in pure water/alcohols (methanol/ethylene glycol) as well as aqueous solutions of methanol/ethylene glycol have been measured systematically in the pressure range of 2.00–40.00 MPa for methane and the (methane+ethane) gas mixture, 0.50–4.50 MPa for ethane, and the temperature range was 283.2–303.2 K.
