Penaeus semisulcatus sampling process was done in Halieleh fishing dock in Bushehr during fishing season (July 2013). The tests were implemented three times. The results indicated that Penaeus vannamei shrimp has higher volume of MUFA, PUFA, SFA, Omega 3, and Omega 6 than the marine shrimp Penaeus semisulcatus. P. semisulcatus has higher amount of amino acids compared withP. vannamei. Both shrimps have equal level of cholesterol.
