Abstract :
This study aimed to find out how the application of Jordanian companies in industrial sector for activities that related to the existence of a clear strategy for training and its impact on the performance of its employees, The study population consisted of the public shareholding companies registered in Amman Stock Exchange at the end of 2013, it were 78 companies in Jordan Industrial, the study sample was selected by a random sample of these companies amount to 25% of the study population by 20 Companies. And the purpose of this study the category of Executive Directors in these companies or their representatives, and the researcher has used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. This study concluded a number of recommendations including the need for the Industrial Corporations provide more attention and support from senior management to adopt articulate strategies for training a pop-up of the overall strategy of the company, as well as the need to diversify the training programs that provided to its members and follow the different methods in training, and also need to focus on the use of modern technology as the basis for the application of their training programs in order to improve the performance of employees in these companies.
