Abstract :
Job crafting is among the variables that have a potential power to influence on individuals’
cognitive and emotional states in the workplace. In this study, the role of components of
the job crafting for a feeling of energy in the workplace and the job happiness has been
considered. For this purpose, through a correlation study, by choosing 296 staff of art and
cultural organization of Isfahan municipality who answered the questionnaire of job
crafting, a feeling of energy at work, and job happiness, and the research hypothesis were
examined through Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The regression
analysis results indicated that structural resources crafting and social resources crafting
can respectively predict psychological happiness, challenging job demands crafting can
predict social happiness, structural resources crafting can predict job’s spiritual
happiness, and structural resources crafting, social resources crafting, and challenging job
demands crafting can predict feeling ofenergy at work.
