Abstract :
The aim of present paper is to study the relations between inter-organizational
communications strategy, managers’ leadership style, and employees’ job satisfaction in
SMEs. Its population consists of managers and employees in Kerman SMEs and the
sample size is 171 managers and 310 employees who were selected by simple random
sampling and Kokaran formula. Data collection tool was a standard questionnaire.
Cronbach’s alpha ratio was used to show its reliability. To gather information, library and
field studies were also used. In terms of aim, present study is an applied research while it
is a descriptive and correlation study in terms of how to collect needed data. To analyze
questionnaire data, Kolgoromov – Smirnov test as well as confirmatory factor analysis in
SPSS and LISREL software packages were used in deductive statistics section. The
findings indicate the mediating role of managers’ leadership style in the relationship
between inter-organizational communication strategy and employees’ job satisfaction of
Kerman SMEs is supported.
