Abstract :
Human relation is the source of joys, freshness and human reproduction through which,
individuals understand each other and participate in joint efforts. The human relations
skills are among fundamental skills in the process of educational supervision and guidance
and as scientific references, the educational organizations should pay special attention to
the effectiveness realization, success and should maintain and improve those skills in a
favorable level proportion to their environment conditions and requirements. This paper
describes two important issues of human relations, and educational supervision, and
presents different definitions on the viewpoints of human science researchers, followed by
mentioning the human relations indexes.
