Abstract :
To fulfill its role and functions, the state had to mobilize resources and to make expenses, by doing the distribution of public burdens among members of society, individuals or companies. The financial and legal instrument by which it was achieved this distribution were the tax obligation in the form of taxes and other specific fiscal burdens for each country and for each historical stage. In order to identify the determinants of public revenues, we estimated an econometric model that revealed some interdependence between revenues and their components, as well as significant influences of the macroeconomic environment.
