Abstract :
The purpose of the present study is to examine the relationship between organizational
intelligence and organizational learning with Organizational Success in the Supreme Audit
Court that Consists of 31 Directorate General of provincesʹ Supreme Audit Court in 2013.
Research method is co relational descriptive method and in terms of target is applicable. The
research populations are all employees of the Supreme Audit Court offices that are 2684
people. That 337 of them were selected as the sample size through the Cochran formula with
the method of stratified random sampling. The data collection tools were questionnaires of
organizational intelligence, organizational learning and organizational success. Results
obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics
(Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients) and SPSS 16 software. The results showed
that there was a significant and positive relationship between organizational intelligence and
its components and organizational learning and its components with the organizational
success In the Supreme Audit Court. So it can be concluded Organizational intelligence and
organizational learning, are factors that are selected as the most important factors affecting
the success of an organization by the majority of employees directly and indirectly.
