Abstract :
In this paper, the law of variation of the strengths of cryogenic austenitic steels with temperature and alloying elements is studied. Based on a large number of experimental data, a series of regression expressions have been obtained by calculating on a computer:σ0.2300=σ0.20+fMe; σ0.2=σ0.2300 expA300−T; σb300=σb0+fMe; σb=σb300 expB300−T.The results of the calculation prove to be satisfactory after verification. These results are applicable to the strength calculation and designs of cryogenic austenitic steels.
