Abstract :
The present research aims at investigating Psychological Capital effects on job satisfaction through a case study conducted in Qom University. This study is an applied and convergent one. The statistical sample is consisted of all the educational staff of Qom University. The measurement instruments of the study are standard questionnaires. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires reveal that measurement instruments have a proper reliability and validity. The gathered data was analyzed through SMART-PLS2 and descriptive statistics were done through SPSS21. The first output of the study shows that the value of the Psychological Capital effect on job satisfaction is 0.73, the value of optimism effect on job satisfaction is 0.86, the value of resiliency on job satisfaction is 0.73, hope on job satisfaction is 0.78, and the value of self- efficiency effect on job satisfaction is 0.91. The present study, generally, investigated the effectiveness of Psychological Capital on job satisfaction. Ultimately, its effectiveness was confirmed
